Partner Yoga for Connection

Looking for a fun way to celebrate Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day? Or maybe just build a stronger connection with a partner, friend, or family member (while having some fun and probably a few laughs)?

All the poses will be beginner-friendly, no yoga experience required!

Sound Bath

Sabrina is coming back at the end of February to help you chill and let go of the winter vibes. Bring your comfy clothes, blankets, and pillows to relax to the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, native flutes, drums, and more.

Foundations of Meditation Workshop

Join Brittany for an hour and a half workshop on the basics of meditation. Learn about the different types of meditation and tools to help you build your own practice. All participants will receive a custom meditation journal.

Yoga Classes

Every class features pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (physical postures), and guided meditation.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
