At Dawnlight Yoga, we are all about connection, including connecting science with ancient wisdom. We offer yoga and mindfulness meditation to help reduce stress while increasing happiness and physical well-being.

Hi There! My name is Brittany Dawn Leach and I am the owner of Dawnlight Yoga.
I have been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation for over 10 years and have used these techniques to reduce depression, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms in my own life. Now, I am excited to finally bring what I’ve learned to my town.
I am an RYT 500 HR Yoga Teacher and 20 HR Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, as well as a certified Happiness Life Coach. I believe in science and integrate my knowledge of trauma and neurobiology into my classes.

Over the last 25 years yoga has been an integral part of both my physical and mental health.
When covid hit, I began to learn more about the philosophy, anatomy, and science of this practice. This led me to completing my 200 hour teacher training with Matt Giordano founder of Chromatic yoga. Chromatic Yoga is a systematic approach to teaching that provides an intentional and structured experience for students to cultivate awareness of their body and mind.
I am extremely excited to bring this knowledge to you at Dawnlight Yoga!
