We offer different styles to meet your needs!
Gentle Vinyasa - uses slow movement to focus on breathing. These classes are great for all levels, including beginners!
Dynamic Vinyasa - more fast-pace flows that focus on movement and action. These classes are great for intermediate to advanced yogis or those looking for a challenge.
Yin Yoga - uses props to hold poses for several minutes in order to target the deeper tissues and relax the mind.

Registration is not required, but you can sign up for a class on the home page to save a space.

Drop-in classes are $12 for adults and $6 for teens aged 13-18.
You can also buy multiple classes for discounts.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free trials. However, we do try to keep our prices affordable and offer deals and discounts often.

Yes! You can pay online or at the studio. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

That’s ok! Our instructors offer lots of options and modifications for poses throughout the class to help beginners and individuals with injuries or limitations. We suggest coming a few minutes early to talk to the instructor about ways to modify poses.

It can be helpful to bring water, a yoga mat, blocks, blankets, strap, and other yoga gear. If you don’t have any yoga equipment, we have mats, blocks, blankets, and straps available to borrow.

We are located at 300 W Main Street in Waynesboro. We are across from Turkey Hill and beside Jade Cottage Cafe.

There is plenty of metered parking on Main Street. There is also limited unmetered street parking on Franklin Street.
The parking lot behind the building is only for apartment tenants.
