We offer several different styles including Slow Flow, Chromatic, Chair, Yin/Restorative.

We always accept walk-ins as long as there is room. However, we encourage signing up for classes to save your spot.
Also, if there is a cancellation or emergency, we email those who have signed up.

Regular Drop-in classes are $14 for adults and $7 for teens aged 13-18. You can also buy multiple classes to get classes for as low as $10 per class.
Sundays also have a discounted Happy Hour class for only $8. Or check out our $5 First Fridays!

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free trials. However, we do try to keep our prices affordable and offer deals and discounts often.

Yes! You can pay online or at the studio. We accept cash, checks, or credit/debit cards.

That’s ok! Our instructors offer lots of options and modifications for poses throughout the class to help beginners and individuals with injuries or limitations. We suggest coming a few minutes early to talk to the instructor about ways to modify poses.

It can be helpful to bring water and a yoga mat. If you have yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and a favorite blanket you are welcome to bring them too.
If you don’t have any yoga equipment, we have mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps available to borrow.

We are located at 300 W Main Street in Waynesboro.
Our building is across the street from Turkey Hill on the corner of Main Street and Franklin Street. Look for the blue door!

There is plenty of metered parking on Main Street and the meters are free after 6pm M-F and free on Sundays. There is also limited unmetered street parking on Franklin Street.
The parking lot behind the building is only for apartment tenants.

If you can’t make a class you signed up for you can let us know by sending us a message via email (dawnlightyogawbo@gmail.com). Prepaid classes are good for 6 months.
For events, ticket sales are non-refundable, but may be transferred to studio credit that can be used for classes and workshops if you contact us before the event.
