Yin yoga is a unique form of yoga. While most forms of physical yoga focus on stretching and strengthening muscles, yin yoga focuses instead on connective tissue like joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It is also a great practice for emotional health.
Yin yoga uses body weight, gravity, and props to stay in poses for several minutes.
Dawnlight Yoga has a limited amount of props available, so register soon to secure your spot. Or you can bring your own props! (Needed for the class: a bolster or large pillow, two blocks, and a blanket.)
