Our bodies and minds are not designed for our modern, stressful lives. Constant stimulation and racing thoughts is similar to running a computer with a bunch of programs open all the time; eventually it will being to slow down and crash. Meditation is like a reboot for our brains, helping us not only calm the mind, but also increase our ability to concentrate, solve problems, and retain memories.

This workshop will feature four sessions on the basics of meditation, as well as different meditation techniques.

Session 4 will wrap-up with an exploration into deeper meditation techniques.
