Sound Bath
A great change has come to our April schedule! Sabrina is coming back for a Sound Bath on Friday, April 25th. Bring your yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye masks, and other props to get cozy and enjoy the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, native flutes, drums, and more!
Yoga Nidra
Feel relaxed, refreshed, and stress-free with a yoga nidra session! Yoga nidra means yogic sleep and is a deep relaxation technique to help you calm the mind. Come give it a try!

Join Brittany to learn the connections between yoga philosophy and one of the most famous sci-fi franchises. Plus the class includes themed goodies to take with you!
