Yoga Nidra

Join Brittany for a special Yoga Nidra to slow down and relax. Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep and is a progressive relaxation experience. This meditative journey has many health benefits, including improving sleep, reducing stress, improve memory, and boost the immune system.

“Connecting to Your Core” Workshop

“Engage your core” is a phrase that is used in a lot of exercise classes, but what does it mean? Sandra will be holding a whole workshop on connecting to your core and learning to use the different muscles to give us more strength and stability.

Changed Class Times

Our Spring schedule starts April 1st and some of our classes are getting new times! Be sure to check our calendar for all of our changes, events, and days when the studio will be closed.

First Class is FREE - April Only

If you have been considering trying out a class, April is the time to do it! This month only, the first class is free with a purchase of one or more additional classes.

Easter Egg Hunt Sale

Starting April 7th, we will have 25 eggs hidden around the studio filled with candy and a few with special discounts! Find an egg and keep the special prize inside!

One egg per person. April 7th-19th, or until all the eggs are found.
