Brittany has added regular Gentle Yoga classes. These classes may not include full demonstrations of poses, but will feature lots of breathing, meditation, stretching, and simple postures.
Yoga Classes
Every class features pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (physical postures), and guided meditation.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
